I am new to eventum and am having trouble figuring out just where downloaded (download_emails.php) end up. I do not think I am understanding the "big picture". Sending mail is working for me (postfix) by the way.

We are using windose exchange as our pop3 server (I don't know if exchange does imap) and would be using the subject header to track issues in eventum, if I understand it correctly. I am thinking, all "issue" related mail is sent to the exchange server and eventum downloads it every so often. Does eventum put the mail anywhere or does it process it depending on who is assigned to the issue and then send it on its way. Etc.

I am not able to get my head around this by looking at the wiki or looking at the INSTALL file, or googling. It seems something is implied and I am just not getting it. Can any one point me in the right direction?
