Do we still need that feature now? Seems it's only for early multiple domain
test and not necessary now. If true, we can remove them then...

Changeset 7739 doesn't compile... I imagine that construct_domU and related hypercalls should also be protected by the DOMU_BUILD_STAGING macro, as per attached patch.
