Bill, obviously, you haven't completely read Alan's subject or message. His
inquiry was about the support of <postmaster@[dotted-decimal]> rcpt-to
addresses, not about incorrectly encoded MIME messages.

Alan, unfortunately, <postmaster@[dotted-decimal]> recipient addresses are
currently not supported by Courier. Some time ago, a patch was posted to this
mailing list, have a look for it in the mailing list archives.
