If I have catch-all for @domain.com forwarded to myem@domain.com - will all existing @domain.com email be processed before this catch-all alias kicks in? I want all existing @domain.com accounts work properly and only whatever emails that don't exist be forwarded to specific address (@domain.com as well).

That's what a catch-all-account is for. Don't panic. :)

If you use .courier-files in your home (would recommand this) and want to know more about how all this works, please read the explaination about QMail's way to handle addresses. The mentioned parts also apply to courier.

Chapter about how catch-all-files are checked: http://www.lifewithqmail.org/lwq.html#dot-qmail-files (read 4.1.5)

More about local delivery files and common misunderstandings: http://www.lifewithqmail.org/lwq.html#gotchas (read G.1. to G.5.)
