All,

despite missing our fearless leader, we had a good discussion today. We encountered more confusion with regard to the term "proposals" again. We decided that since these build on each other, that "Phase" would be more appropriate and hopefully alleviate any further confusion. The wiki pages have been adjusted to reflect this.

For this discussion, we reworked some of the Design Implementation page to reflect that the page describes what would be included in a terminal objective map. Essentially these components are: learning design, overview, pre-assessment link (to keep assessments as separate reusable objects), instructional content (which includes the information object as a child), followed by a post-assessment.

We tried to make sure both the Clark model and Gagne principles are captured in this design. Further discussion is needed to determine the structure of the information objects (learning content).

We plan to continue work on the proposals, with the goal to have completed discussion and revisions to Proposals 1-3 in time to bring to the Feb 1 monthly meeting of the full sub-committee.
