Gordon,

I don't know if you read my last message, I sent 13:21 and arrived at sourceforge 21:30. So, as I said before, the user adm@test.com exist in both servers, and with the same setup. Both servers answer the same thing to authdaemond, but for one reason, it doesn't work with prod server. So, I read your email. What more tests I can do to help you to help me? :)

There's your search response. You do not have this LDAP record.

I'm pretty sure that all LDAP replies are a sequence of results, followed by >a "search result" indicating the status of the search. The one that Watashi supplied showed a single entry, followed by a result record indicating

success. >He also indicated that this was generated by the production server, against which >authdaemond doesn't work. That's curious, because the server appears to be >supplying the expected results.

I'm not sure how to reconcile the debugging that Watashi has supplied with the results he's getting from authdaemond. It doesn't make any sense. I'd like

to see >the same type of debugging output that he supplied this morning, from the other >LDAP server.
