Those jars been built from Maven trunk [1] in May 29. There was no Maven tag created at that time, but you can get all the code using svn revision 660244

Please also note that since then, the Maven core been significantly restructured and we are planning to update org.maven.ide.components.maven-embedder bundle once Maven 3.0 beta1 is released. Unfortunately I don't know when it is going to be released.
