Compilation of xen-unstable failed on not finding <curl/curl.h>. Mandrake 10.0 (official) doesn't provide the -devel rpm for curl, but you can get it off of a Mandrake Cooker mirror. The needed rpms (plus a couple that are probably decorative) are:
curl-7.12.0-1mdk.i586.rpm libcurl3-7.12.0-1mdk.i586.rpm libcurl3-devel-7.12.0-1mdk.i586.rpm libidn11-0.5.2-1mdk.i586.rpm libidn11-devel-0.5.2-1mdk.i586.rpm
A note that xen depends on curl headers might be appropriate if this is common to other distros.
Thanks,
Barry
