Mea culpa on that one - beast has been down and/or having network card problems. I just reinstalled it from scratch last night and hope to have 4.0-current snaps rolling off of it for ftp.freebsd.org by tonite. I had no plans to do 3.1 snapshots as well, but if there's interest maybe Gary or I could do that one.
I don't know whether a regular build is needed but the one 3.1 snapshot available on ftp.cdrom.com is very old. Just one fresh one to replace it would be a good idea.
