Subject:[maildropl] lmtp interface to maildropActions...

I'd like to run maildrop in a separate chroot from my MTA (Postfix). I think the simplest way would be to give maildrop an LMTP front-end. Postfix already has an LMTP interface, so it would require no patches and very little extra configuration on the Postfix side. Has anyone written such a thing already? Or does anyone have suggestions as to another way to achieve the same goal?
