That list is hard-coded in shale-core/src/site/site.xml.
With ${modules} I noticed some strangeness in whether or not Maven would render a link to the sub-module or just text in the menu. It *might* have to do with whether there is an index.xml file for that module.
We also need to remove the 'Struts' logo at the top right, and fix the list of links (Apache | Action | Action 2 | Shale) just below that. Both of those should also be in site.xml
ISTR the blue-and-white logos are done in GIMP and the source file is somewhere at Jakarta... any ideas?
