I changed the rfc822size function in fetch.c file as following:
long mypos;
writes("RFC822.SIZE ");
fseek(fp,0,SEEK_END);
mypos=ftell(fp);
writen(mypos);
Is it ok ?

You've spent money on IMAP software that turned out to be very
inefficient. Maybe next time you'll do better research before
investing
resources into a black box product.
Moving to a new webmail application is very hard
'cause
we and a team from that commercial company made a lot of changes
on
currenly used webmail system. Therefore, it's very hard to move on
a
new web based mail system.
Could you tell me how to hack courier-imap code to disable that
feature and get file size by stat function ?
This is not a "feature", this is a required part of the IMAP
protocol.
Disabling this code will violate the IMAP protocol, and most likely
will
break your commercial IMAP client. Since you indicate that you have
development resources, I'm not sure why you're asking me, instead of
simply having your developers make the necessary changes.
