It still amazes me to read how telcos behave the same all over Europe...

Experience with Deutsche Telekom and ISDN BRI or PRI issues is that they usually only measure the physical circuit, and if that's fine, it's "not their problem". The idea that their ISDN switch might be confused (or misprogrammed) is very foreign to their thinking.

So it usually takes many rounds of "it's not good! talk to your switch people!" to convince them to actually take a closer look...
