Changes:

* Update IMAP server, with minor fixes.

* Fix preline.

* Optionally check ESMTP HELO/EHLO. This is not the exact same patch as was posted to the list. The key differences are that a failure results in MAIL FROM getting rejected; and clients with relaying privileges are exempted from the check.
