Has anyone had any experience integrating this defect tracking system with Perforce? Or perhaps experience integrating a product with similar features?

I intend to summarize the responses I get and post them to the list.

I received two responses. Neither were from people with experience integrating Perforce with ClearQuality.

I received an anecdotal report about less than positive experiences with Clarify, the company, but the information might be a little dated. Asking around within my company, I decided that the problems my correspondant encountered 2 to 3 years ago have probably been addressed. We aren't experiencing that sort of difficulty.

Still, there was one piece of general advice I received in that mail that might be useful to remember in any search for a specialized software application like a high-end defect tracking system: ask the vendor what ratio of their revenue comes from product licenses vs. consulting fees.

I also received a response from someone who had done basic integration with Scopus QualityTEAM, and who was offering to provide more detailed information about how to do it. That It Can Be Done is the information I was looking for at this stage.

More reports if I ever get any.
