J'ai bien envie de disqualifier cette réponse, car elle repose sur une formule complexe recopiée dans toute la colonne C, ce qui produit un fichier Calc énorme (400Ko pour le document), lourd à charger. :((

Une simple soustration dans la macro élimine ce soucis. On conserve l'heure de départ, et on calcule le temps par rapport à l'heure actuelle et on ne conserve sur la feuille que la différence. C'est la seule chose que j'ai réussi à améliorer... ;-)
