This is a bug in the documentation. I'll get it fixed. Parteek's
answered the question already (thanks!)

Insert a gadget, when the gadget window opens up look at a down arrow kind
of icon at menu bar, clicking on that will give you a drop down menu which
will have 'get data-source URL' option

The documentation says that:
"to get the data source URL from a Google Spreadsheet, do the
following:
1. Open a spreadsheet.
2. Select the cells you want to be returned by the query.
3. Right-click, and select 'get data-source URL' from the popup
menu."
However, my Google Spreadsheets don't seem to have this feature! Does
everyone have it? When I follow the sequence of steps above, the
right-click context menu gives me a choice of:
Cut
Copy
Paste
Clear selection
Change format with rules...
Insert Gadget...
Insert comment
Clear Comments
Search the Web...
Where does the "get data-source URL" item live?
