openssl rsa -in key-w-pass.pem -out key-wo-pass.pem
replace "rsa" with the right cert type (might be x509) your keyless cert will be in key-wo-pass.pem

remove the passphrase from the cert. just make sure the permissions are OK so no one can read it beside the imap server and you'll be fine
How do I remove the passphrase from the cert? Do I need to obtain a new one from my CA?
