I don't seem to recall this happening before version 0.8.3:

This is a Windows annoyance only:

If I delete or move the MyCC shortcuts in my Start Menu or desktop (which I do), the next time I start MyCC it asks for the .msi so it can install itself again. Then the icons are back.

Is there any way around this? I feel like I'm being swallowed up in a world of automation. I must break free.... (sorry, been around Windows too long again)
