I reached India last week and it took time to recover from my jetlag and i started working this week.

This does look like a bug to me. If Schema A includes Schema B, Schema B should be included in the Schema object. I will check

Regarding schemas being ignored by the parser from other namespace, check this link and read section "W3C XML Schema 1.0"
