I asked the product managers to put specific releases where known in the EOS/EOL bulletins.

I thought that was done:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps341/prod_eol_notices_list.html

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps341/prod_eol_notice09186a008032d592.html http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps341/prod_eol_notice09186a008032d41c.html

When a data is announced but yet the date hasn't arrived it's impossible to know what actual release will correlate at that time. The goal is to try and update it when that time does come.

So let me see if I can summarize:

For the non-VXR 7200

The NPE-100 and NPE-150 are not supported and no long will work in newer releases

The NPE-175 and NPE-200 are not supported but are working. They are basically on borrowed time

The NPE-225 is presently supported and seems to be the only supported NPE for the non-VXR chassis.

For the 7200 VXR chassis:

The NPE-225, NPE-400, and NPE-G1 are supported

The NPE-300 and 7200-I/O-FE are not supported as of 12/31/2004 but are working. They are basically on borrowed time

The NSE-1 will not be supported after 3/31/2005
