The first photo in the response xml is the same as the above, but there is no gphoto:timestamp tags in its content

if I usehttp://picasaweb.google.com/...kind=photo, I can get all the entries with gphoto:timestamp - then I know when did this photo was token. But when I added thumbnail size as the parameters to the url above, the gphoto:timestamp tags will not be returned.

Any workaround for this issue?
