After i installed google sketchup on my hp (compaq nc8430 running WinXP), strangely my Nortel VPN client stopped working. for anyone familiar with this client, it would get to the "getting banner text" message and hang till it timed out. googling for this error gives complicated NAT and tunneling explanations. i have this error intermittently, but after installing sketchup, it did it 100% of the time. i initially suspected a couple of the windows security updates to be the culprit, but removing those and restarting didn't help. finally removed sketchup, and it started working again. would love to get a solution or fix to this, so i can reinstall sketchup. cheers, Nilesh
