This could be a problem with Qt plugins... Try deleting these 2 keys
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Trolltech\Qt
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Trolltech\Qt Plugins XXXX
Where XXXX can stand for 3.1, 3.2 or whatever.

You might try to delete that too...
