Did Vista automatically generate a minidump upon a BSOD? Can you check <systemroot>\minidump (most likely to be c:\windows\minidump) directory and attach the crash dump to the issue?

It would be more helpful to configure Visa to generate kernel dump (instead of the default minidump) and attach that crash dump (assuming the crash is consistently reproducible). Let me know if you need the steps to configure you system for kernel dump generation.
