This change is included in previous xeno patch made by John and me, for bringing multiple domains back to the world. But seems Dan hasn't put it into the xenlinux repository. Dan?

OK, I have now checked in Kevin's xenlinux patch.

My delay was due to a concern: Since this patch is still "out-of-tree", it's possible it could already be out of date. But I haven't had time to test my concern so have just checked in the patch.

We need to somehow get to the point where we can build directly out of the core xen "sparse" tree, else we will continue to have problems keeping up.
