Thanks for the info. Nope, it is Windows Mobile 5.0. Not many option for the Outlook client on the device. I have switched to using Dovecot as my IMAP server and it works now. I was pretty bummed I had to move away from Courier, but I needed the device to work.

Thanks for all of the help I got on this problem.
