There is no tutorial on <http://www.courier-mta.org>, and I don't know about any tutorials on other sites. But perhaps you can ask more specific questions that can be answered here?

Ok. I'm setting up a mail server with POP3, IMAP, SMTP, spam/virus filter, sorting, quota and webmail. I'm looking at all the alternatives available on FreeBSD (5.3), so far I have decided on: SMTP: Postfix Sorting/Quota: Maildrop (1.8.0) POP3/IMAP: Courier-imap (4.0.0) Spam/Virus filter: Amavisd-new with SpamAssassin and ClamAV

Since maildrop and courier-imap is part of the courier package, I also want to give courier smtp a try. So how do I tell courier smtp what databases, tables and fields to use? I'm looking what Postfix calls: virtual_alias_domains virtual_alias_maps relay_domains relay_recipient_maps transport_maps
