If you find any resources, please let me know. I have posted 5 messages, haven't gotten a single reply to any of them, and I've contacted two Google employees I know to try to find someone to contact there, and they tell me Google has a corporate policy against giving out contact information. So despite the fact that I have a Google plugin that builds, installs, and runs properly, it doesn't have the desired result, and I'm dead in the water.

I guess in light of the support experience with this technology, I'm starting to wonder whether Google is even behind this technology, or if it was just an experiment of some kind. I don't imagine if Google wanted this to be a technology that serious business ventures invested into, that there would be little chance for support, and this forum wouldn't be monitored and replied to by those at Google who have answers.

Here's hopes for some help!

Cheers,

Brad

I note that few questions on this forum have answers, which is disappointing.

Is there any /other/ route for getting help with Indexer development? Is there a formal method for reporting indexing bugs?
