Per-user Bayes databases and .cf files are possible. Hmmm ... If one has TB of disk space to play around with - Bayes databases can get large.

Isn't it standard to score emails from within your MTA, so that the only thing that maildrop has to do is put the email in the proper folder?

System-wide Bayes database and .cf file. *Though* with Scott Diers' latest LDAP patch and with SQL, users can be given certain very important preferences that they can change if the mailadmin lets them (e.g. with php/LDAP). The Bayes database is still system-wide, though.

Also, MUAs such as Ximian's Evolution can use individual SA MDA configurations.
