This is an experimental build that contains another update to the webmail server. This build adds the initial stages for style sheet support. Initially a style sheet is used for the common page elements -- the blue page title header at the top, and the lefthand-side menu.

As expected, Netscape 4 doesn't implement style sheets very well; as a result, Netscape 4 clients will see some reduction in eye candy. I'll aim to have the interface usable by Netscape 4 clients, but that's going to be it.

There aren't any GnuPG-related changes in this build, except to set the LANG environment variable in order to localize gpg's output.
