Hi, I am trying to use google apis for internet search and I am behind firewall, but I am getting following error :

[SOAPException: faultCode=SOAP-ENV:Client; msg=Error opening socket: Connection timed out: connect; targetException=java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error opening socket: Connection timed out: connect]

can anyone suggest me solution.
