There are a lot of fixes that look like inconsequential details in the release notes but that make big improvements in what Perforce does for us. 99.2 is improved in terms of robustness of the source management process, of performance, and of usability.
I think there are some details about the way deleted files are handled across integs that our users don't fully understand yet. Some of the confusion we've had with that may be because some people are using downrev clients.
The critical bug fixes in version 13782 of p4d are apparently on the server side. Do make sure you get a version of the server later than 13307. Some of the current 99.2 client installers have been updated and some of them haven't.

Hello, Before upgrading to the 99.2 release of Perforce, we were wondering what experiences and problems (if any) others have had. Any input? Also, it'd be interesting to see how many people have actually upgraded. Thanks, Adrian
