AfterI created the file manually its giving error like
/usr/sbin/mysqld: Fatal error: Can't read from messagefile '/usr/share/mysql/english/errmsg.sys'
It was running previously. If you have a tip to solve this problem please let me know.

Hi!
Seems like umask problem. If mysqld is not run as root uid, then you have to set up umasks correctly.
If that is not a problem then file is broken or 0 size.
