Hell all.

I am trying to set up email integration. I am reading the wiki but I am not sure if I should set up the subject based email integration or not. The instructions point to NOT using subject based emails.

I am also not clear on how the IMAP or POP account relates to all this. I am presuming I need to set one up right?
