Has anyone here experienced an issue on their 7600 where MLS gets frozen?

7-Argon-SPI-PE1-sp#show mls cef hard

CEF TCAM v3: (FROZEN)

Size: 1048576 entries

262144 rows/device, 4 device(s)

32 entries/mask-block

32768 total blocks (32b wide)

4849664 s/w table memory

When it freezes the control plane keeps on going but the data plane of the box fails in strange ways. (Some routes are unreachable, some work ok)

We're running SUP 720 3BXLs and 12.2.18 SXD1. We have no idea what is triggering this. If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them...
