The android will evolve in other devices that can access the internet, i believe it was build that way, thats why they choice linux. The windows mobile and symbian cant or if they do it will take them more time. If you look at the sdk of the android and the emulator itself you can definitely tell that its heading on that direction, if anyone could just port the same emulator to other device then the android will evolve there. Imagine android on your psp,ds,and other small screen device.
