Determine whether what's listening is, in fact, the couriertcpd daemon, or something else.

On my system, it is most definitely the couriertcpd running, listening on the simap port (which is listed in /etc/services). Connection closes immediately... Meanwhile courier-imap runs fine (exceedingly well, actually)...
