New releases of Courier packages are available. Except as noted below, this is a rebuild that includes fixes for gcc 4.4. In addition to the fixes for gcc 4.4:

• cone: a bug was fixed in saving keyboard macros that contain non-Latin characters.

• IMAP: If the client requests a message that no longer exists (someone other session deleted the message), rather than returning an error, a dummy "This message is no longer available" message gets generated. Some IMAP clients handle this better.

* sqwebmail: when messages were deleted, sometimes the quota did not get properly updated.
