instead. There is no such thing as a mirror-2.8 (at least on src.doc.ic.ac.uk). Anyone else having the correct information?
I got the 2.8 in a beta or experimental directory, perhaps on src.doc. Are you sure you can't find it ? I can send it to you if you want.
