Hi Aaron,
Here is the couple of examples of the keywords and what they return through the API:
"house" returns only specific keywords "home" returns only additional keywords "car" returns only specific keywords
We have run it with different match types (broad, phrase, exact) and result is always the same (as above).
Yours Dr. Mike

Hi Dr. Mike,
My impression is that the AdWords tool behaves the same way as the API version. Can you please post a couple of the keywords for which you're seeing a disparity?
Thanks, -Aaron Karp AdWords API Team

Hi, Recently we have implemented KeywordVariations service from Google API. The problem we have is that from the two groups of keywords: additionalToConsider or moreSpecific Google not always return both. When you go to web keyword tool you always receive two groups. It seems that there is no any pattern or whatever for some keywords it return both for some one group, but as I said when webtool is used for the same keyword response always contains two groups additionalToConsider and moreSpecific. Does anybody know how this problem can be solved.
