So you would also like to have the list of class implementing a given interface in an interface javadoc, and a comment saying that a method override a method from the superclass, and a comment saying what are the transitive dependencies for the given class, and so on....

Why don't you simply use vi in a window and an html browser in another window to browse the javadocs? ;-)
