Duane and I suggested during the July 2 XACML TC meeting that the XACML TC correct the URN in the XSPA profile of XACML that Richard Franck recently pointed out. This gave us a chance to correct additional typos and change subject:locality to subject:organizational-id as suggested by Richard. A spreadsheet of the changes proposed is attached. The TC proposed that the new version become the authoritative Technical Specification for the XACML TC. This will require a new electronic vote within the XACML membership.
