Dear All

I have just registered a web site with addr.com who claim to offer server side Java programming along with access to MySQL database functionality.

As I am in the early (experimental) stages of developing the site and since the online help offered at their web site is woefully inadequate, can anyone offer advice on how I set up the database (creating the database and tables, populating the tables, setting user names and passwords, making queries etc).

If anyone can recommend a reliable, well supported alternative web host offering MySQL support, please advise also.
