So, in what I will only refer to as an "failed experiement" in an attempt to solve a separate problem, I deleted all of my courier specific files within my mail directory.

courierimaphieracl/ courierimapkeywords/ courierimapsubscribed courierimapuiddb maildirfolder

Is there any way I can "rebuild" these files?

The maildirfolder file should not exist in the main Maildir directory. It should only existing in .subfolder maildirs.

The information in the other files and directories is lost forever. The IMAP server will recreate them and rebuild them, but all information that used to be in them, is gone.

Furthermore, even if it was possible to restore courierimapuiddb, at this point, doing so will cause bizarre error messages, and all other sorts of strangeness, with most IMAP clients.
