hi folks,

Iam trying to access the local hard disk over the network.I signed the applet using netscape signing tool but that works only for the local system and not over the network.

How do i sign jar files using keytool available in jdk1.2.2 so that i can access the hard disk of a system over the network.Can anybody guide me how to do it or are there any detailed howto documentation. (the project is basically an intranet project so i dont want to consider the security lapses).
