Replies to human-generated emails do tend to get associated properly,
but notifications don't. That is, if a person replies to a
notification
about a status change, for instance, the system is at a loss
as to what
to do with it, even with the custom email addresses in use
and the email
coming from someone on the notification list.
Not sure how that is possible, given that those notification emails
should go out as from: issu...@domain.com, and replies to those
emails would be processed by Eventum.
Can you forward an example reply that doesn't get associated with the
correct issue?
