Please let me clearify.

As soon as I began burn-in testing in one of the domains, occasional messages started appearing in the logs about time going backward.

Before above testing, are all Domain vcpus pinned?

Yes, prior to beginning any testing, I pinned all CPUs, in all domains (including dom0), as per the output of "xm vcpu-list" posted previously.
