I'm trying to setup maildrop so it will run the vacation program correctly. The vacation program that I'm using (although I'm willing to take suggestions) is the one maintained by Sean Rima (thec@softhome.net), version 1.2.6.1

I'm trying to get this to work on a linux server running qmail and maildrop. We're doing Maildir deliveries.

I am the infamous Sean Rima :)

Vacation is not designed to be used from inside programs like Maildrop. If you want to use seomthing from inside a Maildrop filter then I would suggest using mailbot that comes with Maildrop.

See Ya, Sean
