hi im having trouble getting it to work when im installing it I have Desktop and Talk in the latest versions when i run the installer i get to the part when it asks me if i want to add conference chat as a plugin, and i say yes immediately after i click on yes, i get an error message that says "the following plug-in(s) could not be loaded. Google Talk Conference Chat." then the installer says it was installed sucessfully. Then i went to the add/remove panels window and it was there as an option but when i ckecked the box and clicked ok i got the same error message. so if anyone could help me out i would appreciate it a lot thanks CB wrote:
This is a great step forward. I was wondering can the plug-in with the gtalk client in the desktop sidebar respond to an invitation to join a chatroom on a different jabber server.

I've written a plugin that lets you have chat room style conferences with people in your GoogleTalk friends list using the Google Desktop Sidebar.
More information and the plugin is available at: http://software.intervention.com.au/gds/ConferenceChat
You'll need GoogleTalk and Google Desktop Beta 3 installed.
It's currently in what I would describe as Beta, meaning I know there are things that need fixing but I'd like some feedback before I commit more time to the project. So please -- let me know what you think!
Cheers Reto
